The IP address tool returns the public address presented with the current request. It does not store or track that address.

Tools marked “Local” process their input in the browser rather than uploading it to this site. NPI registry searches are sent to the official CMS NPPES service only after a search is submitted. These utilities are aids for development and investigation, not compliance certification or clinical guidance.
